What's weird: What's weird is that you didn't ask the surgeon why the change on the projected treatment plan. Your surgeon may have seen something in your pre-surgical tests or X-Rays mandating a change. Perhaps it has something to do with the surgical team or facility. Perhaps change is mandated by your insurance carrier. Ask the Surgeon.
