If so, may be...: If so, the mentioned spot may be just a "infected" sebaceous gland. So, it's reasonable to just watch and see over the next 7-10 days as long as being tolerable to you. Such a bump may resolve or get bigger and rupture in time like a pimple. Without more detailed Hx and a direct look at it, it;s oftentimes hard to come up an accurate Dx. Therefore, see Doc timely.
