Here are some ...: Not all post-ciccumcision penis has a perfect glans penis and foreskin, but still with some skin redundancy, which is much easier to care for topical hygiene than before circumcision. So, keep the area clean and dry with good ventilation; if not improved with such measures, see Doc for clearer identification and solution. But, clinically, what described seems suggesting benign condition.
