Most likely not: Regular periods usually associate with ovulatory cycles. Anovulatory cycles usually associate with irregular period.

Maybe: It could be possible but what we usually see with anovulatory cycles is scant, erratic, short and/or painless menstrual cycles.Since you are saying your cycles and bleeding are regular in this manner every month, this may really just be what's normal for you. If you are trying to get pregnant and are unsuccessful your doctor can run some tests to see if that's the case and why, or if you're normal
