Commonly happens: In the final trimester of your pregnancy things are going to "drop" and weight will begin shifting to other pelvic structures where nerves may be residing causing pain and pressure, numbness and tingling. You can try repositioning types of maneuvers but unfortunately, these are not terribly successful since the uterus is full at this point. Delivery will relieve your symptoms.
