Im.taking prednisolone 50mg day. i have grown acne/pimples. is there any way to lessen the acne/pimples without lowering the dosage?

Perhaps: Low dose tetracycline or topical Retin A (tretinoin) may help but at this high dose I'd doubt that any treatment would be that effective but worth a try.
