Be careful...: First off i would never recommend dermaroller (microneedling) on your own as this is an invasive procedure. If you have an active infection with the acne things can get really bad. The needles must be sterile when applied to skin. Microneedling is great for acne scars and when combined with prp and ppp it can improve active acne. Without a doctor and mild acne just use proactiv. Sterility!
