Cognitive therapy: You can work with a psychologist who does Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for this kind of anxiety. Public speaking anxiety IS a type of anxiety, even though you say you don't have anxiety. This therapy can be very helpful. Some people also find benefit in using beta-blocker medications such as Propanolol at low dose, to block peripheral symptoms of anxiety while speaking. Your physician can help.
