From your doctor!: Fear of speaking in public is one of the top five "fears, " that people have. Several drugs can help, such as beta blockers. Anti-anxiety meds work, but can alter you. Talk with your doctor about the several options. There are no over-the-counter answers for this!

Be well prepared: Public speaking is a skill like any other & benefits from practice. Practice increases confidence. Do not write out talk! be able to talk from a few cue words. Practice talk in front of a group of people and in same venue (if possible). Be prepared for some in the audience to be rude & for a variety of questions! know its ok to say u don't know if you don't know the answer.
