Knee Pain in Walker: I will only attempt alittle advice on the knee pain. From a podiatrist's perspective, you need to prevent your knee pain from getting worse. You need to cut your workouts in half, slow your pace down, make sure your shoes are stable and cushioned. A good running shoe store can help. Ice the knee twice daily for 20 minutes and see if an Ace wrap helps. See an orthopedist for advice if swelling.
