Depends on cause: Heeby Jeebies is a feeling of anxiety or apprehension. Creepy crawlies is a feeling like insects crawling on your skin ("formication"). It is caused by a sympathetic system response to fear — tiny muscles pull on hairs, which literally stand up, giving you the sensation of something on your skin. It goes away when you relax or calm the anxiety.
