Folliculitis : Folliculitis usually goes away by itself in 14 days.You might try shaving in the same direction as the hair grows(generally downward).Treatment can include warm compresses made with White Vineger or Burow's Solution twice a day.If it does not respond to this treatment see your PCP who can prescribe an oral antibiotics if necessary. Laser Hair removal at your GYN or a Helath Spa might be better 4U.
