Possible side effect: Amoxicillin ( or any other antibiotic) can cause diarrhea. It is not an allergy to Amoxicillin. Keep your infant hydrated with pedialyte and followup with your pediatrician.

Not from teething: Call your Pediatrician. May be from antibiotic changing the GI flora. Teething can increase salivation which can loosen stool, but not cause diarrhea.
