Not likely: Mycoplasma genitalium infection has been shown to be transmitted by vaginal, anal, and oral intercourse but to my knowledge has not yet been shown to be transmitted any other way. In theory a person could have a throat infection through oral see on an infected individual and then could transmit it further through kissing but this has not been proven.
