Wound healing: can be variable from one person to the next. Your wound sounds like it was very large. You need active physician wound care help. Sometimes surgical intervention is needed. Wounds heal based on location, size of wound, overall health (no diabetes, no cigarette smoking, etc), cause of wound (burn, vascular, trauma), wound cleanliness, etc. Needs doctor's active care.

Not sure: you need to see a wound specialist and be examined as to what is going on. how did the wound start ? what treatment has been done? etc need to rule out a fistula.
