Increase strength: Make sure you're eating a healthy, balanced diet with adequates amounts of protein, complex carbohyrdates and fats (mono, poly and saturated in equal ratios). Make sure to avoid excess caffeine or alcohol and try to get at least 7 hrs. of restful sleep nightly.
