Track your cycles: Start tracking your cycles. Record cervical mucous, intercourse and results of ovulation predictor kits if you take them. Get to know your average cycles and fertile times of the month. Then time intercourse for every 36 hours before and after ovulation. Eat healthy food, exercise, get plenty of sleep and manage your stress. If you have tried for 12 months, go see your doctor.
