Need exam: With chronic pains (or pain sources), where you notice the pain is not always the problem area-it may be the new muscles that are being stressed, so hurts. This USUALLY requires a team approach to improve. NSAID + muscle relaxant + local cold (or some do better with heat) + massage + some kind of PT / stretching. See your Dr and get a plan made for you.
