Neck of left still has a big lump they said its my lymp note and a week ago my right side of my neck feels tight and hurts, both ears don't feel right?

Could be sick.: Lymph nodes often enlarge in areas of infection or inflammation. Those other symptoms make me think you're developing an infection, perhaps a sinus infection, which would explain the presence of the lymph node and would require treatment perhaps with an antibiotic.

You need to be seen: You don't say who diagnosed this as a lymph node, but obviously it is getting worse, not better and could be an infection or something more serious. Please be checked, even checked again if you have been physically seen as it takes time to be able to diagnose certain things. Good luck!
