Marine Fish Oil: can be used to help give hair sheen. One cap won't do it. It takes several caps a day. The best MFO is when EPA & DHA add up to about 50% of total mgs per cap. Peace and good health.

No easy answer.: I know of no prescription or over the counter preparations that will do this. There are countless shampoos and conditioners that claim to do this. Try one that contains "biotin-B complex" therapy. (I have no financial interest in this).

Biotin will do nothi: Shampoo, conditioner rinse. Check thyroid blood tests. Sleep and diet are important but are not related to hair quality except in case of severe deficiency. Fish oil and biotin are a waste of money.

Healthy hair: Get adequate sleep,avoid excess sugar & fat, v carbonated drinks, eat enough protein, exercise regularly. Insure you have adequate Iron (like kale & other dark green leafies), Omega 3 fatty acids (like walnuts),vit.E (fruits & veggies), D & B vitamins, biotin & zinc. Avoid sulfates & formaldehyde in shampoos, excessive blow dry heat & curling irons.
