Probably not.: From your description, en enlarged heart in a 16 year old is probably due to a congenital heart defect (you have it at birth), or possibly rheumatic heart. Did you have untreated rheumatic fever is childhood? Both of these conditions usually affect the valves, causing congestive heart failure and 'enlarged heart.' Excercise is not likely to help, and may even worsen it. U need an echocardiogram
