If a young person like me, with no history of heart disease, experiences palpitations during exercise, what should he do? should he stop or no?

Dr. Ira Friedlander answered

Specializes in Cardiac Electrophysiology

You should tell your: health care professional about your concerns and then have an evaluation with monitoring to determine the etiology of your palpitations. Odds are they are benign but diagnosis first then prognosis and treatment.
