Maybe: An echocardiogram would show whether or not the cardiac muscle is thick (hypertrophied). If it is thickened and you are a very serious athlete, the only sure way to prove that it is from exercise is to stop exercising for several months and see if it improves. If not, then there may be other genetic reasons for the hypertrophy, and that would need attention from a cardiologist.
