No and yes.: "Tags" under the tongue are not normal and certainly could be a sign of human papilloma virus infection. An oral surgeon can inject one or two with local anesthesia, snip them off and submit them for histologic examination (a biopsy). This will answer the question of exactly what they are and then the proper treatment will be clear. Good luck.l
