Relatively safe: I wouldn't consider a medication healthy. But it is realatively safe. In the SSRI class it's biggest side effect is loss of libido. Among others but this seems to be the biggest complaint. Talk to your PCP. And see if this is the right choice of medication for you

Cipralex: cipralex can have serious side effects with other medications but can be safe if taken appropriately with keeping in mind of its drug interactions with other meds as well as alcohol
