Circulation change: By description, it sounds like you may be developing venous stasis. This condition relates to diminished return of blood in your legs, and iron deposition in the tissue above the ankle – venous stasis dermatoses, from blood backing up and secondary increased pressure. Support hose might help. Would advise an evaluation.
