Hi,: There is possibility of fistula - colovesical. Should get CT abdomen and pelvis. Usually it does not happen after sex.

UTIs?: This could represent a communication between your bowel and your bladder called colo-vesicle fistula. This usually happens in someone with inflammatory bowel disease or who has had pelvic surgery. This could be true esp if you have frequent UTIs. See your doctor for a good history and physical exam and some studies to determine cause and treat. Be well!
