Don't worry: The concern over air in the vagina during pregnancy is based on the risk of "air embolism" which is a very rare condition that happens when air enters an enlarged vaginal vein and travels through the venous system into the heart. Your bf would literally have to blow air into your vagina under pressure for that to happen. Oral sex is totally safe, and he's allowed to breathe, just not inflate you.
