Speech defect: See a neurologist to make sure he doesn' t have a neurological problem and then see a pediatric speech therapist for help.

Speech defect : Your son can speak but cannot articulate words properly , may be he has hearing problem or oral problem (tongue movement).He needs to have hearing test and to be seen E.N.T. specialist.Also he should be evaluated by speech therapist. Mostly children startspeaking clearly, after speech therapy , which last for few months.
