A member asked:

I am only 30, my monthly cycle keeps getting later and later. what does that means?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Cycle length: The normal cycle length is from 25-32 days (first day to next first day), with the normal being 27-29 days. As you get older your cycle length can change within these parameters. If the cycle length is extending much beyond 32 days you are not ovulating properly...possibly not at all. As menopause approaches, your cycles actually become a little closer together.
