Many possibilities: These could be caused by a number of things, including magnesium or potassium deficiency, poor circulation, dehydration, muscle fatigue, exercising in the heat, inadequate stretching before exercise, and sometimes a pinched nerve in the back.Try well hydrating yourself and eating some extra bananas, dark leafy greens, nuts and seeds, whole grains, fish, and yogurt.If this doesn't help see your doc.
