Yes: .Breast milk pumped for the healthy child may be safely stored in the refrigerator (up to five days) or freezer (48 hours to 3 months). It can even be left at room temperature (approximately 77 to 79ºF or 25 to 27ºC) for up to four hours . Thawed breast milk can be safely stored in a standard refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
