Weakness: Was he able to stand before and now weak. Any child for which you have concerns should be evaluated by a qualified pediatrician as it could be a developmental concern.

Needs evaluation: He needs to be seen by your pediatrician for evaluation for why he isnt standing. Also the amount of food he is getting and his height and weight need to be measured over time to see if there is a nutritional or growth problem.
