(reason for GYN): Without actually seeing you, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health. That being said, here's the answer! PCOS = Hormones stuck on High. (just like in pregnancy). Symptoms will totally overlap with pregnancy. Lower pregnancy rate in PCOS (often infertility), but not zero! Will need the blood pregnancy test and maybe pelvic helpful, so, it's a reason for a GYN visit.
