Diarrhea: This can be caused by many different conditions and would need far more info to determine the probable causes, and an exam of you and the stools to determine the probable cause, whether infectious, inflammatory, and so on and so on.

Steatorrhea.: A yellow, runny bowel movement, especially if it's foamy and floats in the water, is usually due to a high amount of fat in the stool,,which could be due to an issue of malabsorption.
