Unlikely: True asthma is a genetically influenced disorder where natural lung based modulators (bronchoconstrictors/relaxors) and not functioning in a balance. Once triggered, the constrictors cannot relax as fast without help. The medications supplement the deficient modulators. No amount of exercise will change a cellular defect, but good basic health can limit the frequency of events.

Difficult to say: Though asthma is a chronic condition, your dose of advair (for instance) may go down and possibly eliminated but there are no guarantees. Exercise is definitely a good way of improving your lung function but do discuss your routine with your physician. Don't overdo it. Good luck.
