Impossible to say: Being diabetic and a smoker is a lethal combination. There are numerous causes for the symptoms you describe. Have the issue evaluated by a doctor.

I have muscle cramps in my neck permanent nearly 3 year ago and then after that for a while my whole body (arm, shoulders, legs) have muscle cramps when I doing any activity. I took muscle relaxent as (tenazidine) and didn't make difference.
If you sleep wrong & twinge the muscle in your shoulder blade/lower neck area, can the pain radiate down your arm? And also cause muscle spasms on that side of your body near your breast area? How long can a twinged muscle hurt for?
