Effective way to lower blood pressure? Im a 33 year old male. 65 -253 lbs. 38 waist size. BP averages at about 126/77. Pulse a bit higher for whatever reason at about 106 BPM. Doc says meds could be next I absolutely dont want to be on meds! TY?
