Irritation: A single exposure like this and if the amounts of dye in the nose were minimal, there should not be any emergent danger. The most likely effects would be to the skin which can become red, itchy, develop sores, and create a burning sensation.Headache could occur from the strong chemicals in the nose.To remove try dye free detergent and baking soda, toothpaste, nail polish remover, or petroleum jelly.
