Get checked again: This may be another presentation of the same. Did you have your carotid checked? Could consider MR angiogram of you brain arteries.

TIA: I would recommend going back to your doctor or the emergency room for am evaluation. The symptoms that you describe are nonspecific and while it does not sound like another TIA or stoke. Other urgent medical issues such as low blood pressure or gastrointestinal bleeding should be excluded.
