Complex: Just having CHF doesn't predict what BP and hr will be. They could be anything. But what one would expect is that the functional capacity (exercise tolerance) would be impaired (maximum oxygen consumption index would be reduced), hr would rise more quickly than in a healthy person, and, especially, the hr recovery (time it takes for the hr to slow again after exercise) would be seriously impaired.
