Possibly: A sinus infection has specific criteria. It follows prolonged URI (cold) symptoms and nasal sinus congestion, and is marked by pain and tenderness in the central upper face over the sinuses. If these are your symptoms then you may have a sinus infection. Fortunately you are on Amoxicillin which is first line for sinus infections. They don't improve overnight however. Try Ibuprphen if not allergic.
