Yes: Elavil ( amytriptiline ) is vary anticholinergic. though. You should expect to get a dry mouthy, cycloplegia (burred vision when attempting to read) elevated heart rate and a few other side effects depending on the dose. Pamelor, (nortriptyline) I find is much better for fibromyalgia ) Less anticholinergic and still will promote REM sleep)

Drug interactions: The Medscape drug interaction checker showed no significant interactions between amitriptyline, white willow and feverfew.
