Rashes are: Hard enough to diagnose when seeing them in person, let alone over the internet with no picture. It could be ringworm, a fungus, eczema, and many other things. Go ahead and talk to a dermatologist. You don't want to put an otc med on it that might cause things to get worse. Good luck!
