Feelig throat Lump: After vomitting, the irritation from acid from the stomach can give you a feeling of lump in the throat. However after flue like symptoms, need to be checked for tonsillar swelling including abscess. Need to go to emergency room immediately if you feel shorness of breath. If not, advised to see your doctor if symptoms persist. Be well.
