As long as you do not have cirrhosis, the liver does a remarkable job of healing itself. Avoid hepatotoxins such as tylenol (acetaminophen) and of course any alcohol. Milk thistle is often beneficial as a dietary supplement. If your enzymes remain elevated, get tested for viral hepatitis and autoimmune hepatitis.
