Sinus? Allergies?: Certainly a sinusitis, or just a lot of nasal congestion/allergies can give you a headache which worsens with coughing. Primary cough headache is diagnosed when you have a headache which occurs with coughing and no other cause is found. Ask your doc to check you for sinus problems/allergies. Good luck!
