Temporary crown fell: 1. Don't put it back or temporarily cement it by yourself to prevent swallowing risk or lung aspiration. 2. Call your dentist and schedule an appointment. They should try to fit you in asap. 3. Do not procrastinate call the dentist today. Maybe your tooth is fractured and it is inside the temporary crown.

Fracture or decay: Tooth under the temporary crown could have broken or decayed. How long did you have the temporary, hopefully for only a very short time. Please call your Dentist for evaluation ASAP.
