Depends: What diagnoses did they think about and what tests did they do to rule these out? ... May need 2nd opinion, especially if persists or worsene ...

Doctors cant find anything wrong. Blood normal. Chest pressure, breathing normally, normal BP. Feels like squeezing, but I can breathe normally. Stomach is hard, overweight, what could be going on? It comes and goes. I can drink and eat as well?
