A member asked:

Neuro said brain mri shows unidentified white matter and little inflammation, he says not to worry, i have sjgren's . should i worry ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

MRI lesions: White matter abnormalities in the brain are nonspecific. They can represent a variety of conditions. Patients with sjogren's disease can have the antibodies, associated with sjogren's, at times attack brain tissue. It would be up to your neurologist to determine whether they thought that was the cause.
